Thank you, Ms. Nicolesi, for posting that poem by Emily Dickenson. I had never read it before. Perhaps the feeling which E.D. expresses here was the real reason that Moses never made it into the promised land. I hope, though, that just as the angel is said to have taken Moses' body into heaven, so another angel might have taken Miss Dickenson beyond isolation into her proper heaven: an appreciative audience.
